The Fine Print: No substitutions or changes can be made to the Quick Ship Program. Changes to requested products or approval beyond this sales proposal’s expiration date may lead to pricing changes.  Applicable state and local tax will be charged after order receipt.  All orders are subject to corporate acknowledgement. Payment terms are net 15 days from time of invoice.  Invoice(s) will be sent to bill to contact at time of delivery of unit or at time of customer pick-up.  If customer does not pick-up unit within (7) days of completion date, customer authorizes Hackney to invoice customer. Hackney uses 3rd party delivery services for drive away and cannot guarantee delivery dates of vehicle(s) to ship to location(s) due to 3rd party driver availability.  Hackney is not responsible for any late fees and will not issue customer credits based on late delivery due to 3rd party delivery service.  Hackney requires chassis specs at time of order.  If chassis specs are not provided, customer is responsible for any chassis variations that could affect body specification.  If chassis arrives different from specification provided, customer is responsible for any chassis variations that could affect body specification.  Late changes to body order could result in additional charges.
